Thank you for your kind comments. With regards to Paypal not showing the free postage, it seems that Paypal first add it on and then deduct it, so if you wish to use Paypal in the future and you spend over £50, Paypal will deduct the postage.

“The information on the product on the website was comprehensive. The rate of postage was excellent and the speed of delivery was also excellent.
My garment was packed lovingly, unfortunately it did not fit me, so I have used the labels to return it. They were already printed out and contained in my parcel.
That is as far as I have got, but I would definitely use CCW again.”

“The company cancelled my order and refunded the money (which took several days to appear back to me) because THEY had made a mistake on the pricing of an item online. There was no offer for me to pay the difference they just cancelled it which was annoying as the boots were a gift. Failed to honour their advertised price even though they took payment and I had a confirmation email. Very disappointed with the customer service and would not recommend or use again.”
