“Delighted with my cushions and throw received in less than a week however not so pleased with the sixty two euros I had to pay the customs before they would deliver. When I order through Marks ,Monsoon ,next they cover the import tax perhaps you should make it clear that you do not.”

So sorry that you had to pay so much in import charges. Whilst it is very flattering to be compared to M&S, Monsoon and Next, these are all huge Companies and we are a 2-person Family Company, sadly we just can’t afford to pay import charges for our customers, even if we would very much like to.

“The cushions are gorgeous, the fabric is rich and the cushions are lovely and soft, they look great on my sofa. I ordered 2 fern ones and 2 emerald green ones, I returned the green ones as the colour wasn't quite right and exchanged them for 2 more of the ferns, the process was easy and the service I received was excellent.”
