“I requested and paid for numerous fabric samples from different companies and this was the only one I have received to date. It arrived within a couple of days and it’s been about 8 days for other companies and still nothing. I’ve had no email reporting any delays so will now have to chase them next week.. which is annoying. I’m also very happy with the sample choice. Thank you for great prompt service thus far.”

“I ordered a fabric sample on or around July 4, 2022. Because I hadn't received the sample after five weeks, I contacted Celina Digby and asked if they might send it to me via courier rather than by standard mail. They replied with a "no" and said that they had decided not to sell fabric to people in Canada and the USA. They suggested another site that carries some Celina Digby fabric but the site doesn't carry the one I'm interested in. I'm shocked by such poor treatment of a customer.”

Sorry about this. We have not “decided” not to sell to the USA, Brexit has sadly made it impossible….as shown by the first sample getting lost in the post. We did not respond with “no”, we would never do this, we would always explain the reasons if something is not possible.
