“I'm sorry to say I wasdisappointed; the fabric was not like any velvet I have used and the cushions themeselves were rubbery with no give. On a positive note the delivery was fast and arrived in time for Christmas.”

“I wasn't going to write a review, but due to 3 requests (one after the other) here it goes: Donot purchase from this company!! I was unhappy with my purchase and as there was no return info in the packaging I emailed requesting a Returns Number. I was then forced to call and spoke to a very unpleasant woman who refused to give me the number and refused to let me return tablecloth. I will never purchase from this company and will let as many people I know NOT to purchase from such a disreputable company. It asks next question down How did you find the returns process - Non existent!”

This review is false, and total nonsense. We do not have any female member of staff who would answer the call and so this proves the lies contained in this review. We always accept returns, we have a very clear Returns Process on our website and there is a downloadable Returns Form. I can only think that this customer has confused us with a different Company as it is 100% fabricated. All you have to do is read our hundreds of 5-star reviews to show that this is an error.

“I ordered a fabric sample on or around July 4, 2022. Because I hadn't received the sample after five weeks, I contacted Celina Digby and asked if they might send it to me via courier rather than by standard mail. They replied with a "no" and said that they had decided not to sell fabric to people in Canada and the USA. They suggested another site that carries some Celina Digby fabric but the site doesn't carry the one I'm interested in. I'm shocked by such poor treatment of a customer.”

Sorry about this. We have not “decided” not to sell to the USA, Brexit has sadly made it impossible….as shown by the first sample getting lost in the post. We did not respond with “no”, we would never do this, we would always explain the reasons if something is not possible.

“Got a sample wallpaper and it's very nice quality and the right size sample to test too. Updated this review as I was prompted to do it in return for a 10% off voucher which I never received. I contacted celinadigby but they didn't provide any clarification”

Sadly this is not a true comment. We always respond to our customers and all that needed to be done was ask us for the discount code for customer's who have purchased a sample, and we would of course have given it. We can be easily contacted by telephone and e-mail. Clearly it can be seen from the hundreds and hundreds of 5-star reviews that this comment is not at all indicative of our service.
