“The draught excluder was very well finished, but the material was thin, it was unlined (although I see why, because) the husk stuffing was too lightweight and the circumference too small - all of the above made it cheap and rather inadequate for the job and expensive in comparison with similar priced and better made competitors. I would not buy this again.”

“Customer services are dreadful. I tried to contact them several times, email, telephone, online “ask a question” but they never come back. Trying to return items is hell. I personally will never use them again.”

Sorry but this is complete nonsense. I emailed you over and over again and I even forwarded you all of our responses that presumably went into your spam. We replied both directly to emails and via the “ask a question” facility on the website. Admittedly we cannot always answer the phone as there are only 2 of us, which is why our answer machine message asks you to email.

“We love the design of the cushions but there is too much material in the long pads for the bench so the material doesn’t flat and taut but wrinkles up. Wendy Thomas”

“I have purchased Luxury Christmas Linen-Like Tablecloth - Mistletoe White for my Christmas table with matching napkins, paying over the odds for the purchase. Based on the website description I assumed that the table cloth would be made of linen. However, I was really disappointed to discover that my purchase (table cloth+napkins = £149.97) were 100% polyester. It should be clearly stated in the description of the product that it is 100% polyester, otherwise, the description is misleading.”
