“I ordered Cocoon slippers in ivory color. They are absolutely wonderful, from a simple design to a great fit; are warm and soft. All materials are natural. I know where to order the next set if needed. An excellent gift too! HannaMS”

“The wax parka I purchased was great. Sizing was good. Quality good too. I ha e worn it several times now and it’s very comfortable. If it had one fault the pockets could be slightly deeper to close with a matinee purse. I did phone customer service and couldn’t fault them. They were extremely helpful and polite. I almost wanted to say dispatch was a little slow but of course it wasn’t. I ordered late on a Saturday night. My jacket was sent on Tuesday so processing time was very good. I’m very happy with my the quality of my jacket, packaging and service. Many thanks”

“I love my dark swansdown coloured sheepskin coat. It is elegant, with long enough sleeves and I am sure I will wear it forever. Service was good too, the cost arrived within a few days. Also love their knitwear and I am sure I will buy some more of their sweaters this winter.”

“Just received my sheepskin boots back from the repair dept, they are 5 yrs old and very well worn. They are like a new pair of boots and I am delighted. The service is prompt and very efficient, and the repair is a fraction of the cost of a new pair. Thoroughly recommend. Caroline Chambers.”
