Had to wait for three weeks for my order to arrive. The product was not in stock however the order was still processed without a warning to the contrary. Poor service.

Goods ordered and paid for. Tracking app says delivered but nothing ever arrived!!

We bought this subs coat for our grandson expecting it to be a good warm garment (to keep a sub warm!) especially as it is described as quilted. It turned out to be quite a thin jacket which we hope will at least repel the rain though not the chill. Disappointing.

Hi Noah I have tracked the parcel through the tracking link we sent you and its held at a Fedex depot. This is due to an incomplete address, now we have your full address you should expect delivery very soon.

I ordered 3 items. as yet they have not been delivered which is very disappointing as these were for my Grandson's birthday. An update would be appreciated

Thank you for your feedback. Your order was despatched from us on the 21st February on DX and a tracking number emailed. The order has been returned by the carriers as you have omitted your house number/name from the details entered and they were unable to contact you as we didn't have a contact number either. Now we have the full address the order has been redespatched.

Product received with no notification for when it will be delivered, luckily I was home to receive. This was a minor and just about acceptable error. However, the product delivered was NOT the product advertised (but similar) and was £5 cheaper on another site. The product was a yellow stirrup pump.
