“Scammed money out of me when I simply tried to cancel the subscription. Then they are impossible to contact. It has a robot chat agent but that’s useless. I had to contact my credit card company to report fraud. Buyers beware!!”

“Scam. Charged my card despite me exiting the screen (there was no exit option). Upon contacting them, they said they sent welcome email with Terms & Conditions which stated “no refund”, but the email was sent at exactly same time as the charge was made, so it was impossible to know their policy.”
