Why don’t you answer your bloody phones, are your drivers are oftec qualified engineers !!!!!! Why you don’t supply your drivers with ladders instead of them having to climb up on customers property(i have photographic evidence of this) one driver told me he had reported that his ladder was broken but the company wouldn’t supply him with another one!!!!!! The reviews on your company are an absolute eye opener, will never use homefuels direct again as you are one and the same company, glad when my money is returned and will have no more contact with such a terrible company, but would like replies to my questions.
