Avoid at all costs reported to trading standards and onbudsman complaint ongoing take your money them make excuses up not to repair boilers. One person sitting in her front room taking all the phone calls scammers

Paid cover for three years never needed them today heating wouldn’t work they said because I’ve got hog water sill this is not classed as boiler failure and refused to refund me said to cancel I had to do it in writing 720 pound over three years I’ve paid in to be told no heating doesn’t class as boiler failure absolute rob dogs

Trustpilot reviews Categories Blog My Reviews My Settings Help LOG OUT Mo Lunat London, GB For companies Review of Certi UK Mo Lunat 4 reviews GB 1 star: Bad 4 minutes ago Avoid, Avoid, Avoid these scammers We have a Valiant boiler that has had low pressure and a F27 fault code in February of this year an engineer attended to fix the low pressure and did nothing with the F27 fault, a few weeks later the fault was reported again and I got an SMS saying a further call out fee will be applied as its another fault, another fault how, however I didn't argue. After weeks of chasing them up I get an email stating the boiler is BER beyond economical repair. Paying almost £35 a month for 3 years for what a yearly service where they don't note any faults or tell you about it and then when you put in a claim you are fobbed off with excuses. Avoid this company and stick to a reputable known insurance provider.

Don't touch this company with a barge pole Had insurance with this company for my plumbing services. Unfortunately when the boiler stopped working, and engineer reported that they cannot repair it and asked me to replace the boiler at my cost. They are not even prepared to compensate a bit and I cannot cancel my insurance because they are demanding an extra £120.00 for their charges. So whatever I paid has gone to waste. Very bad experience
