“I had several complicated documents translated from Arabic to English, that needed to be delivered to a very high standard so as to be acceptable. The service was wonderful with prompt replies to my emails from the very first instance. Staff on the email were helpful and very attentive to my needs, including the specifications I required for the documents, especially Flavia who was absolutely amazing in responding very quickly to all my requests. I received the hard copies in the post on time & the presentation was outstanding! Cost wise, I feel compliments their standards. I will probably use their services again & I would really recommend them.Thank you Flavia!”

“I found the service offered extremely poor and unprofessional. The translation (about 70 words) I received had errors, very basic, obvious errors that could have been easily avoided if the translator would pay attention to what they were doing.”
