“1400 Euros order haven’t arrived in over 2 weeks. Order placed on 5 august, writing this on 24. So almost a month and my order has not arrived. Contacted them 2 times, both times waited until they’re said, still nothing. Contacted them a 3rd time, no response in 2 days. The DPD delivery info / status is stating that my order in in France since the dispatch, seems like it’s stuck there & last update was on 19 august. Order was estimated to be delivered on 16 August (6-8 days) I’m located in Bucharest, Romania.”

“Hi I ordered a Garmin 1040 on 23rd June and received an email acknowledging the order. (OrderId:CRC6485614221). I'm a uk resident on holiday in Australia and wanted the UK version of the Garmin posted to me here in Australia. Live chat was very helpful and I was able to pay in sterling with my UK bank account. The item was marked as in stock and I paid a little extra for faster delivery. Now, 2 weeks later, the Garmin still hasn't been dispatched and perhaps was never actually in stock. I am pleased that the money hasn't been taken from my bank account, but am concerned that I have received no information about when the item might be back in stock.”

“This company could fix a teenage boy to a nympho. Like Brexit means the company lost. After two weeks my part is somewhere, they don’t know. I start today to get my bank involved. They inept at best or fraudulent.”

“Failure with Hermes delivery. Courier asking me to contact CRC. I cannot phone or chat to anyone. Email done and had a message that takes 72 hours for email to be replied!!!”

“Order not delivered on time after I paid for 1-3 delivery. Customer services weren't at all helpful and just suggested that I kept checking the Royal Mail website.”

“ordered from the website while a promotion was on, money was taken, stock was showing as available. 5 days later I get a refund and explanation that stock has run out and no help in finding an alternative or to fulfil when re-stocked. It might look to some like the promotion was some sort of scam.”
