“I thought I was buying a flat bay on both sides… turns out it’s only flat on one side… not what I was looking for so it’ll most likely sit in the garage…I thought it was like the dovetail bats…I assumed by the 2 pictures…guess that’s on me 🤷🏻‍♂️”

Hi Anthony, apologies we could not meet your expectations despite the picture and the description of our flat bat trainer very clearly showing the bat is only flat on one side (for a reason). You are more than welcome to contact our helpdesk for a full refund at hello@chandlerbats.com as long as the trainer is still in new condition.

“We just received the bat and my son hasn’t had the chance to use it yet. I will say my experience with customer service was outstanding. Answered all of my questions and gave recommendations on what bat to get. Arrived sooner than expected. We will let you know how he feels about the bat once he starts using it in his high school league. I’m sure he’ll love it. Thank you for all the help.”

“I was looking for a specific model that Chandler no longer produced (YP66 Maple), however, one simple phone call to their warehouse fixed that. The lady told me to just select any model, spec it out and include the "YP66" in the description and would gladly get it done for me. The bats came in and they are perfect.”
