“This works! No question that you do need to be self disciplined, however with my average loss per day so far calculating as 238g it is very easy to remain focused on achieving my goal. More importantly Im looking forward to maintaining when introducing whole foods back in a weeks time.”

“Changing habits is the easiest and most effective program I have ever done! My mind feels clear, I don't hobble out of bed, shifting the fat is not overly fast, but it is moving! I cannot recommend it highly enough and there is plenty of support around if you need it. At 62 it's good to know that you can still feel good about yourself. Thanks for the motivation!”

“All I can say is wow this fat loss protocol program is brilliant! I am loving it. I am post menopausal and have struggled with my weight for the past 5 years. No matter what I tried to do to lose weight, it just wouldn't budge. Anyway, I'm into my third week of flp and couldn't be happier with the weight loss and how my energy levels are. I love that we are supported through nutrients and drops, so that my body stays healthy and energetic. Cannot recommend this program more highly. Thank you Changing Habits. 😊”

“I am looking for mould free mycotoxins free coffee. I did like the coffee tasted. It is more the idea of knowing this coffee is clean. But it is too expensive for my budget. I am going to try another cheaper organisation and mycotoxins free coffee priced at 29-32 dollars per half kilogram. I’d buy more when my burger allow again. Thanks”

“It works like no other program l've followed. The variety of fruit & vegetables is very strict & sometimes cravings get the better of you but you do get back on track.Overall l'm extremely pleased with the F.L.P. as it's taught me a healthier way of eating & not to feel guilty about treats when you desire them. I have highly recommended Changing Habits to several friends but nothing works better than people seeing a very different me physically, socially & mentally.”

“I have been taking the immune boost pack for 20 years and it keeps me from getting colds and if I do get a sore throat it only lasts a day or so and doesn’t develop further. I love the salt too. These products are excellent. When I order it arrives very quickly.”
