“It works like no other program l've followed. The variety of fruit & vegetables is very strict & sometimes cravings get the better of you but you do get back on track.Overall l'm extremely pleased with the F.L.P. as it's taught me a healthier way of eating & not to feel guilty about treats when you desire them. I have highly recommended Changing Habits to several friends but nothing works better than people seeing a very different me physically, socially & mentally.”

“I have been taking the immune boost pack for 20 years and it keeps me from getting colds and if I do get a sore throat it only lasts a day or so and doesn’t develop further. I love the salt too. These products are excellent. When I order it arrives very quickly.”

“The products I can't do without from Changing Habits is the coffee, black peppercorns, cinnamon and rapadurra sugar. These must always be in my pantry. I am discovering more and I'm sure my 'must haves' list will grow. Thank you”

“I am already down 7kgs on day 29 of phase 2. Couldn’t be happier with the progress and the ease of doing this protocol! The app is good for tracking weight loss and the Facebook page is informative with lots of good advice. I will be doing another round as I still have more to lose now that I have post menopause belly but I can see it slowly reducing along with other previously stubborn areas! Very happy 56 year old!”

“I’m so glad I came across this coffee, as an allergy sufferer this doesn’t affect me at all, I hope in the future they make coffee tea bags that I can travel with and take away with me so I get to enjoy it anyplace anytime, anyway I can.”

“Very happy with the product and the FLP program. Pretty disappointed that it took close to 10 days for the products to arrive.I ordered on the Sunday and the delivery was only initiated on the Friday and then delivered the following Tuesday.”

“The Changing Habits diet has literally been life changing! I started the diet beginning of January and still going strong. I am sleeping better, have sustained energy throughout the day, have acheived great weight loss. I am well and truly on track to reach the goals I set out to achieve, including kicking saome terrible habits - including smoking! Haven't had one now for close to 5 weeks - with no cravings or desire to return . Habits already meal planning, hydration and dependency on drinking wine after a tough day completely gone! I am so proud of what I have achieved and will definitely incorporate the changing habits diet into how I eat and live moving forward!”

“Excellent customer service - nothing is too hard. & I am so grateful to Cyndi for sourcing best quality food -same as what she wants for her own family. I trust Cyndi’s products 100% & tell anyone who ever shows interest. For example - I am sure I could source rapadura sugar here in Perth but I want guaranteed quality 💯 and you never know who you can trust these days. Often profit over 💯 quality - unfortunately!”
