“Changing habits literally changed my life. I am a nurse but always felt like I was being pulled in another direction when it came to health, let alone my own health and my families. “Order placed around 17 Feb, delivery 07 March, a couple of days shy of 3 weeks. I was home, waiting for the parcel, didn't hear the knock, had to go to the post office to collect. Was not happy.”

We pack and dispatch our orders the same day if they are ordered before 12pm AEST on our open business days. Australia Post is our main courier however we do use other couriers from time to time. Unfortunately Australia Post has experienced some delays due to covid-19 and the extreme weather conditions we have been experiencing.
