“On a recent appointment with my Dr , he suggested I look you up and research what you offer. He has been a customer for many years and highly recommended Changing Habits to me..... I was so Thrilled with the great Web site, my quick delivery of products and the prompt clear communication .I love all my products and have been non stop cooking from my new recipe book . “I continue to be impressed by Cyndi's knowledge of nutrition and her unswerving commitment to real food and real nutrition. Last night I was re-reading the FLP book, and came across the part where Cyndi reminisces about the healthy and delicious food her mum cooked from basic pantry ingredients. “I have been using Changing Habits products for the past 10 years. I started using them initially for the Fat Loss Protocol but now both my husband and myself use them every day. I am happy to say that my hubby and I are in relatively good health. Why wouldn't you want to continue using them!”

“I love your products, but my last delivery despatched on the 16/05/2022 hasn't arrived after 2 weeks. So a little disappointed. The previous order was within days of delivery and was absolutely fabulous.”

“The food items and information is good - thank you. However, when I purchase a product - an online transaction, I'm unsure of what feedback you want to collate? Along with the other Changing Habits emails and a review every time I purchase is too much.”
