“My address is not typical. It is a Lot number with no other lot numbers in a street about 1 kilometer long. Therefore I preface my number with OPPOSITE 45 (in capital letters), followed by Lot 17 Leacocks Lane Casula. Using this method allows the delivery driver to use his GPS to find the position in the street. It is only necessary to stand at number 45 letterbox, turn around, and then observe that Lot 17 is present in large letters on the other side of the street. Other delivery couriers seem to have no trouble with this method but yours apparently could not do the above. There clearly is a problem. The parcel was then dropped at a post office more than 1 kilometer away. I have no transport and had to ask someone to drive me there. What does "10 characters" mean?”
