“I needed help to change my bad habits. I get stressed and then I do lazy eating or emotional eating. Taking the drops gives me a great detox, I feel my brain fog clears, I never feel hungry and I feel like the person I want to be. It helps me reach for the right foods, the foods I love to eat. “I use the rapadura sugar which tastes absolutely delicious and is also much more nutritious than white sugar. It has a lovely flavour that suits my coffee and for example, raita that I make with yoghurt and two teaspoons of this sugar. I also buy the salt which has minerals and health benefits. I love salt and this one is really delicious and enhances all the food that I make.”
