“All I can say is wow. I WISH I had picked up Cydni's book 'From Lab to Table' years ago because the book (which led me to the Changing Habits website) has changed my family's lives. We've tried almost every product available including skincare and they are all a kitchen staple in our house. It feels so good to be making informed choices and these products are making a noticeable impact in my family's lives. I cannot recommend Changing Habits enough. Thank you!”

“The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. The dark chocolate cacao chip buttons, and the seaweed salt are delicious and blend in easily with the chocolate chip cookies.”
