“I have used support drops twice within a year and have had success each time. Unfortunately thyroid levels a bit unstable so have discontinued use.”

“I have been a great admirer of Cyndi O’Meara for many years, I bought her first book changing habits changing lives. Which certainly change my life. Then I bought the new up dated addition lab to table. I love cyndi’s attitude and passion towards food. Making things simple using food as medicine. Such a amazing Australian! So happy to be a part of her community. I would recommend anybody buying from changing habits. You are confident in knowing you are getting the best quality products on the market.”

“All the products are amazing. Enjoying every single product I have purchased. It’s good to know the supplements are all whole foods (including the salt!). Who would have thought there are nasties in salt? The dates are to die for! I purchased these a while ago and only opened the pack last Sunday. My oh my, are they delicious! You will definitely notice the difference on the first bite - the caramel flavour is real. Never had such delicious, amazing tasting dates before! I’ll he buying a few more packs of these for myself and as gifts.”

“Order placed around 17 Feb, delivery 07 March, a couple of days shy of 3 weeks. I was home, waiting for the parcel, didn't hear the knock, had to go to the post office to collect. Was not happy.”

We pack and dispatch our orders the same day if they are ordered before 12pm AEST on our open business days. Australia Post is our main courier however we do use other couriers from time to time. Unfortunately Australia Post has experienced some delays due to covid-19 and the extreme weather conditions we have been experiencing.
