“Over the years we had gained some stubborn weight. We both lost about 10 kgs in our first round ot FLP and I am looking forward to doing another round. We found organisation and readily available drink bottles of water a must. We have been maintaining our weight well as we learnt so much about portions and that it is ok to feel empty. We have recommended it to many people; promoting a healthy lifestyle change as opposed to a diet. Thank you all so much :)”

“All their products are exceptional quality; especially love the cacao and Ceylon Cinnamon. Have heard terrible issues with some cinnamon suppliers so good to know Changing Habits have their strict quality controls in place.”

“Program was well designed and instructions very easy for me to understand. Did not lose as much as expected but Doctor believes due to particular rheumatoid meds I am on. Helped all other parts of my health except the rheumatoid. All in all I would do another protocol run after ii have had a break.”

“Recently had trouble placing my order on line, my coupon code wouldn't work, so I was actually able to find a phone number and call. So great to still be able to talk to a real person, rare these days. I was able to do my order over the phone and discount coupon was added. Lovely friendly service, my order turned up in just few days I'm in Vic.. awesome”

“Delivery was really prompt and a surprise at how quick. Sadly the drops do not seem worth it, only 2lb weight loss in 9 days after an initial good result of 9lbs in the first 9 days, and yes I am sticking to the plan faithfully. The food is costing me a lot as I only eat fish and I am hungry all the time for little benefit.”

“As I've gotten older my usual "diets" were no longer working to reduce weight. 5 weeks into the changing habits program I've lost 10.4kgs and couldn't be happier.
