“I’m grateful to have discovered Cyndi and Changing Habits many years ago, the information Cyndi provides has truly changed my life. I have had great success with the 4 Phase HCG protocol in the past. I absolutely trust Cyndi’s research and advice, and the Changing Habits products. I believe the information Cyndi provides on real foods should be taught as part of the school curriculum, it would have a great impact on our society and attitude and awareness.”
