“I've tried every diet out there - some work reasonably well. The big difference with Changing Habits is that the weight has stayed off. I followed your weight loss program in February - it's now August and the weight has stayed off 100%. I can honestly say this is the first diet I've tried that kept its promise - it feels to me that my system has been "reset". I'm eating normally and easily maintaining my new low weight. Everyone asks how I lost the weight, so I'm telling them all about Changing Habits.”

“I love my CH’s salt, love the gelatine, love the coconut sugar, indeed the whole range. Such a fantastic asset/resource for those who care about their health. But you know what I love best; CH’s coached/supported Fat Loss Protocol. My relationship with Changing Habits began when I started to attend Cindy’s Information Seminars in Toowoomba. I never missed one and that was the seed that sprouted into huge dietary/lifestyle changes for us. I am so very grateful and blessed that one morning a friend asked me to attend a seminar with her that night……I am so fortunate.”

“Sorry, I have found that my most recent purchase has not worked as I had anticipated. I have the changing habits book from previously but cant access any online facebook support to ask questions and no options to just pay for the facebook access. Its been a bit of a waste of money. I have been doing everything it says to do but very slow going to the point that I have given up. I am middle menopause so not sure if that is why but no one to ask for any advice or encouragement.”

Hi Lisa, Our Fat Loss Protocol is initially sold as a pack with all the instructions and lifetime access to our Facebook support group, and you can also email coaches for support. We do not sell the books separately, and we do not recommend purchasing the support drops on their own if you haven't previously purchased a pack.
