“This plan really works! Yes, It takes commitment but the results are worth it🤗 I nit only lose weight but more importantly, for me, is getting rid of aches & pains. I struggle at the end doing Phase4- It’s the most important bit. By then I’m feeling much better physically but tired mentally. I know the Facebook group is good for encouragement but I don’t have regular internet access so miss out on that all important support.”

“I find the information and products from here awesome. I must admit I don't buy a lot only with my budget some are a bit expensive but do for look for sales and do then.
