“I have been using the Changing Habits organic products for some years now and completely happy with the ingredients and quality. The online ordering system is really efficient and I never have to wait long for my products to arrive. The blog posts on their website are informative and they also have a huge number of delicious recipes to choose from. Just love everything about them.”

“I absolutely love and recommend changing habits products. From their seaweed salt, pure glow facial oil, organic broths and other pantry basics like flours and spices. Everything purchased you feel good for buying because it is quality ingredients. All orders arrived packaged well and very promptly. I absolutely am loving their ‘Lab to table’ hardcopy book as it is full of answers i have been seeking and explained very well. I have already started the ‘manifesting matisse’ audio book, and am a very pleased customer. Thank you for your products and the difference its making to my life.”

“This plan really works! Yes, It takes commitment but the results are worth it🤗 I nit only lose weight but more importantly, for me, is getting rid of aches & pains. I struggle at the end doing Phase4- It’s the most important bit. By then I’m feeling much better physically but tired mentally. I know the Facebook group is good for encouragement but I don’t have regular internet access so miss out on that all important support.”
