Delivery was really prompt and a surprise at how quick. Sadly the drops do not seem worth it, only 2lb weight loss in 9 days after an initial good result of 9lbs in the first 9 days, and yes I am sticking to the plan faithfully. The food is costing me a lot as I only eat fish and I am hungry all the time for little benefit.

I was very disappointed with the book I purchased. I had hoped it would be more I formative give recipes to encourage me to buy the whole package

The "Changing Habits Recipe book" is the book that has recipes. My address is not typical. It is a Lot number with no other lot numbers in a street about 1 kilometer long. Therefore I preface my number with OPPOSITE 45 (in capital letters), followed by Lot 17 Leacocks Lane Casula. Using this method allows the delivery driver to use his GPS to find the position in the street. It is only necessary to stand at number 45 letterbox, turn around, and then observe that Lot 17 is present in large letters on the other side of the street. Other delivery couriers seem to have no trouble with this method but yours apparently could not do the above. There clearly is a problem. The parcel was then dropped at a post office more than 1 kilometer away. I have no transport and had to ask someone to drive me there. What does "10 characters" mean?

My last order of probiotics was unusable as it was as hard as concrete ….I reordered again and the same product was delivered …unusable 😡not keen to order again .

I was disappointed with how long it took my delivery to come. It was over 3 weeks. I contacted support 3 times and finally received a response only after my parcel was delivered. I think using Australia Post for parcels is better for regional areas. Disappointed in your customer service.

Unfortunately, delivery delays are out of our control, but we always ensure that all orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday are dispatched on the same day.

Order placed around 17 Feb, delivery 07 March, a couple of days shy of 3 weeks. I was home, waiting for the parcel, didn't hear the knock, had to go to the post office to collect. Was not happy.

Thank you for your review Robyn, we appreciate your feedback and are always working towards improving for our customers. We pack and dispatch our orders the same day if they are ordered before 12pm AEST on our open business days. Australia Post is our main courier however we do use other couriers from time to time. Unfortunately Australia Post has experienced some delays due to covid-19 and the extreme weather conditions we have been experiencing. We sincerely apologize for the delay with your order and hope you enjoy the products.
