I have always been happy with this product. This time postage took 2 weeks which was a real surprise! I usually post Express but your prices have doubled. I ordered 2 bottles and the price is now per bottle whereas in the past it was $10 for 2 bottles. I can see you have nice packaging now but I don’t feel it is necessary. I would rather keep the prices lower and just bubble wrap. I hope my feedback helps. Thank you Tanya

I can never log into my account, so I never earn any rewards. The website is very hard to navigate too. I search for a product and blogs come up before the product in the shop. Also, the delivery can take 1.5 week or 3 weeks, depending on the delivery company used apparently.

Hi there. Have you tried reaching out to customer support? They will be able to help resolve your login problems. Standard shipping normally takes no longer than 7 business days, but unfortunately there were some delays over the Christmas/boxing day sale period with all courier companies. When you're searching for a product on the website, please make sure you are on the "shop" page before searching for a product. If you're on the main page and use the search function it will bring up all results, including blogs. The customer support email is info@changinghabits.com.au

The ordering process was good and I received the products reasonably quickly. However the reason I have given two stars is because this week I received an invoice asking me to pay for the products I received and which I had paid for when ordering. I checked my bank account and the payment had come out on the day I ordered. I tried to reply and email back about the invoice issued, including going to the website and looking for contact details there, but all emails and attempts to contact changing habits failed to send. This wasted a lot of my time and was frustrating. I am hoping I do not receive a debt collection or anything stupid like that. Definitely put a bad taste in my mouth about this ordering experience.

I would have appreciated an online welcome maybe that runs once a month or twice a month times where anyone who signed up that month could meet the founder and help answer questions. The book is good but I didn’t receive it right away and found myself struggling to get started.

Hi Lois, there was a welcome email send to you after you purchased the program, did you receive it at all? If not, it may have gone through to your junk folder. In the welcome email it shows you how to log into your account, which is where you can access the protocol information before your pack arrives in the mail. It also lets you know how to connect with our protocol coaches, if you would like support or guidance before, throughout and after the protocol. Normally delighted with my deliveries, however, this last delivery arrived with the FLP Support Drops having leaked as the protective wrapping was quite wet when removed. This was VERY disappointing since they are SO expensive and will probably impact the length of this round by not lasting the full 43 days.

Hello, I love the products, support and the science behind the products and healthy living/weight concepts. The philosophy really works and if followed it will provide positive results for individuals. I have a problem with the amount of time it takes to receive products after they are ordered. You have to order a month in advance almost to ensure you do not run out of supplies. I know there are long delays with Aus post however, I purchase products on line all over Australia and always receive the products in a reasonable time frame. I hope this feedback provides an item to consider and rectify. Kind Regards Dhana

Ordered 2 bottles of drops the day before I flew to Tasmania for 11 days from the Pilbara. When I got back drops still had not arrived. Seems to always be the case with items coming from Changing Habits are you saving money on postage by using a low priority Aust Post service ?

Hi Luke, Sorry to hear you have not received your parcel and I would suggest you reach out to support@changinghabits.com.au to follow up for you. We always aim to post orders placed before midday on a business day to go out that day. We use Australia Post tracking system, which will send you tracking details. This is a regular post and not a low-priority service. We also offer the option of express post. We definitely have seen a rise in delivery delays with Australia Post since Covid, which we understand is frustrating for our customers.

Most of the time I have found this program amazing however I recently asked a question on the fb page and it was deleted and I was not told why found this rude and I didn't feel the question was inappropriate it was just in regards to if having to take thyroid medication for an inactive thyroid would affect the program?
