"According to Charlotte at chaos cards the cellophane that keeps Pokemon sealed for us collector\u2019s isn\u2019t meant to remain intact (her poor excuse for the damaged product) Terrible customer service and after buying a ripped booster box Charlotte offered my daughter a \u00a36 compensation. The place is a joke and doesn\u2019t care about their customers. It used to be ok but now they send out damaged products. I am a gold member and I haven\u2019t been treated like it. Training is needed and I\u2019ll be shopping with magic madhouse from now on because my daughter buys to keep sealed so I wouldn\u2019t buy from them again knowing the attitude towards collecting. Not trustworthy."
