“Easy to use website. Was able to register as a charity to take advantage of VAT free purchases where possible. I had a query which I emailed Charnwood about and got very quick response. Delivery very quick - collection boxes exactly what i wanted”

“Great customer services online and over the phone. Orders dispatched quickly, usually arrive promptly. Any issues with missing stock or wrong orders have only been experienced once and again the staff were superb.”
