“Rug is nice and price range is good as well.However would recommend updating delivery policies or timeline affected due to Covid. Would recommend email communication around delivery to customers as per changing govt covid advises. Thanks, C”

“Perhaps because of covid lockdowns it actually took about a month for my order to be delivered. I ordered on 5 July but it was not dispatched until 19 July. It was received 27 July.”

“Delivery took a lot longer than I ever hoped. Granted there was covid but it still felt a lot longer than stated on website. The rug was damp and dirty when I opened it. But being heavily pregnant I didn’t want to waste time or effort returning the rug. Happy with the colour (once I had it cleaned) and quality seems reasonable for price paid. Hesitant to be a returning customer. Will be doing it with caution if I do.”

“This rug was exactly as pictured online. The communication in between making purchase for carpet lining was excellent. The rug arrived pretty quickly given COVID restrictions. It’s good quality and lovely to walk on Highly recommend”
