this company is taking my daughter to court hassled her into signing contract for her shop bin collection she was 19 at the time her buisness folded in 2019 paid a cancellation fee now there taking her to court for 1500 pound she dosent owe them anything absoloute discrace CAB a joke NO HELP SOLICITORS ALL WANT MONEY no help at all they got you by the bxxxx the first thing she knew about this was was when a so called high cout officer knocked at my door with a bill for 2200, 700 pound added on for walking up my path politely told him she didnt live her which she dosent which he said it didnt matter it was against the house told him to fxxx off so only advice we had was to ask for a n244 which i did for her still had no reply from court at all but lovettes solicitors texted my daughter stating court date in hull we live in liverpool what a joke this system is any advice please thanks
