“Not a good experience. Paid twice what I ordered online. Can’t imagine what I paid was the “Cheap”est flight they could find after they wouldn’t “verify” the first flight I paid for. Really ended up paying double. Not good. Won’t use this again.”

“Magnus was our customer support agent. He went above and beyond in helping us book a flight with flight credits that couldn’t be redeemed. He was able to find a way to make those credits work, booked a flight with a better airline, and found flight times that perfectly fit my schedule. I would recommend using this company, especially if you have Magnus as your agent. Great service!”

“It's nice. The only thing I don't like is that the fair isn't really flat because one has to also buy the seats and the system makes me feel like my flight isn't a for sure thing. I might loose my flight if I don't pay a certain fee.”
