“I booked to the wrong airport . I called the service immediately but the service failed to resolve the issue immediately . I was incurred with additional cost . When I asked immediate cancellation , then I was denied . I will not use such service not considerate of customers .. just only collecting money . Great lesson learned ‘ Today I got a call from customer service and promised me to do resolution of my experience . Thank you”

“At first my ticket was at a pretty good price, the next day they send me a message that the price changed. because the airline raised the price... it doesn't seem fair to me that later I have to pay additional money, rechecking the same ticket for another company and it's even at a better price, it wasn't the airline that raised the price, so I am NOT happy with the additional charge”
