“Terrible - tried to rip me off after booking flight. Said my flight was overbooked and tried to up-sell me - I checked with airline and my flight was fine. Avoid them.”

“I had troubles with the communication and with front tier. Cheapflights team worked with me after the flights to attempt to rectify the situation. I was very appreciative for the time they took to listen and try to rectify what happened. They are reaching out to frontier to obtain refund for the seat purchases. Thanks.”
