“The flight fare was reasonable until I had to pay $89 each way for luggage. That totally defeats the purpose of cheap flights. I will not use nor recommend this website ever again. I had a small carryon at that. It should be standard like every other airline$35 to $45. Ridiculous! It was for SPIRIT AIRLINES… wowđź‘Ž”

“Immediately after I booked a Frontier flight Foster called me and said that one of the flights had been cancelled and he tried to get me to book a different flight on United. He tried to get me to change it to a layover in Detroit rather than a direct flight to San Juan. In a follow up call with Cheap Seats, my flight was confirmed and all is well. I was satisfied with the follow up and concern about my satisfaction with Cheap Seats.”

“I purchased a flight with the full refund option and I didn’t got the full refund, when I purchased in your website says that I have 24 hrs to cancel, when I did cancel before the 23hrs they didn’t give me the refunds cuz the “airlines policy” what is the point to purchase this if you guys are totally scamming people? I won’t be using or recommending this page again.”
