“You suck! I missed my flight because your counter personnel are very rude and unhelpful! I was supposed to be in SeaTac tonight to meet my son, instead you are screwing me out of $179.00 , sleep well!”

“I ordered tickets and when I got checked out your website switched my dates to cheaper dates. I called to correct this which he did,but at the end of the conversation I was told it was going to be$350 more. I agreed because he told me that was the difference in flight costs. I then looked at your website and found that to not be true. After much conversation he refunded me the money. I think at the beginning of the conversation I should have been told I could cancel and rebook at no cost.”
