“I am not happy with this company at all. I booked a flight overseas not realizing the layover would be two days so because they ssy they can cancel a booking within 24 hours. I re-booked a flight with less layover time. Then I called within the next 24 hours to cancel the previous flight. When I called the agent was not friendly at all and had to speak with her supervisor. Then she gets back on the phone and tells me she can cancel it but that I have to pay $488 dollars for the cancelation. I think that is ridiculous! On top of that the flight is still pending under my account. Definitely will be going a different route next time I fly.”

“I had to out one star because there in no cero option. As soon as I received my email confirmation and saw that it was only a one way heheh I had entered round trip. I called immediately to cancel my booking. Not even 5 minutes had passed of me finishing the booking and they said it’s not refundable. (Even though I paid refundable fare) this is a scam!!! I’m still trying to get my money back! I never got my tickets either.”

“I was able to find a cheap flight, but after booking it I was told the fare was no longer available. I called the customer service number to cancel the flight and was told the fare was available and offered a slight discount + a free carry on. I did not receive either, although I did get confirmation for the flight, so I guess that is a win on itself. TBD on the flight itself.”
