“The only thing I disliked about booking is that I was offered chosen seats for a price. I paid and then did not get my selections. When you pay for an aisle seat and you are stuck in a middle seat, it’s very disappointing to say the least. There should be a refund if you don’t get the type of seat you paid extra to reserve. Otherwise, I would use CheapFlights/Fares for all my bookings.”

“I received a phone call after booking my flights telling me that the price increased by $60 and to get the flights that I had already booked I needed to pay the extra fee. He had an explanation but I didn't understand it. I will not book through Kayak again and have already told others not to as well.”

“So I was sent to Cheap Flights from the Kayak site after I found an airfaire on Spirit that I wanted. I then paid for my 4 airfares and then 1 minute later I get a call telling me the fare has an increase of $373. So I check my CC, the primary amount for 1700.00 went to Spirit, the $373 went to Cheap Flights. The representative informed me it was a last minute rice increase to this particular flight. Yeah ok!?”
