“I had a flight scheduled for 8/27 return flight home from Salt Lake City UT. We have come down with very bad stomach flu and in hospital . Therefore we can not fly out on 8/17. We canceled flights with United, Priceline rental car and hotel in Spokane WA with excellent ease and were told to get better soon. I called to cancel this reservation and We had the worst Service from Rob Schmidt #600109. He even laughed at my husband on the phone which pushed him over the edge. Not only coul we barely understand him, dealing severe nausea he was not helpful. I will never use this company again. I even paid for refundable flights.”

“When I started booking the flight it appeared excellent. But after having to pay for baggage, seat assignments, cancelation protection the price more than doubled. First time I've ever had to pay for a carry-on bag. Will see what the flight is like. At this point I'd never recommend this airline.”
