“Cheap Flights Fare is so easy to use…and are readily available to speak with you when you call. I made a mistake when entering my email and had to call the customer support number. The young lady with whom I spoke, Hazel, was so helpful and understanding. She corrected my mistake quickly, and soon after, I received my confirmation and e-ticket. I definitely will use Cheap Flights Fare again.”

“The search was easy and describes well. It was really cheaper than anywhere else. I will recommend everyone. The tip is if you don’t can be little flexible with dates try different departure and arrival dates. Sometimes 1 ot 2days early or later makes a big difference.”

“Terrible service. Needed to cancel my flight one hour after paying for it due to a scheduling conflict. Pressured me to wait until almost all of the 24 hour refund period was up. Then they wanted to keep the $134 bag fees they collected. Went round and round until they finally gave most of my money back. I will never use them again.”

“Great prices. The only thing I didn't like is that I ended up paying extra because of their terrible service and procedure to process/confirm payments made with international credit cards (from other countries other than US and Canada).”

“When I saw the price so good, I bought exactly what I wanted. When I paid it came out different day. I tried to cancel it and they told me that I couldn't because I hadn't bought the insurance. They also told me that I had put flexible days. I know what I put. I need to fly that day I ended up paying more than double for that ticket”

“Be careful! I typed my date and they still booked me for the day after, which was too late and now i wasted $200 just book with airline instead! Or pay careful attention to depart date despite what u type in!!!! Wasted money bc they charge $99 to switch flight plus I’d have to pay the difference!”

“I am not Lester.I am his 70 year old grandmother who purchased the ticket for the flight. Although your company boast about cheap flights, it becomes very expensive when you purchase seats and other necessary things needed to travel. Then after flight is purchased, instead of getting a confirmation you receive a telephone call with a change in flight times and cost. I may as well fly with American Airlines which I know is very expensive. At least I know I'll receive the times and costs that I agreed to before my credit card is charged.”
