“I was charged 200 dollars more for a one-way flight even though I used a "flight credit" that was for a round-trip. How is a one way flight 200 dollars more than a round-trip... I even looked at the flight before calling to check the price point, and it should have been fully covered by the flight credit... and the customer service representative was unpleasant. Never booking through this service again.”

“Had to book a flight for a medical emergency. When booking flight, I emphasized that the return flight needed flexibility as I was unsure when I would be able to return. Agent assured me that I would be able to change flight if necessary. When I called to reschedule return flight, I was told that it was not possible, and I would have to purchase another ticket for the return flight at an additional cost of over $1K. The agent that booked my flight was not working the day I called to reschedule and manager could not approve. This was very frustrating and disappointing. Other arrangements had to be made that cost additional $$. Very disappointed in cheapflightsfares and will not be using them again. Make sure when booking flights agent includes his/her offer in the confirmation. The day of the return flight the original agent called and said I could change my return flight if needed. He apologized because he was the only one that knew the original agreement. Unfortunately, I was already at the airport.”

“It’s not the fault of cheap flights but the airline. I just booked a flight for December for two of us only seats left on the plane were for purchase only. Since that was the flight I needed. I had to purchase the seats, so for six flights I had to pay almost $500 extra. This is for the flights to, and from Ann to layers were we switch planes. Being older and handicapped I found this hard to navigate. After I booked the flights, I found out I could’ve waited until 24 hours prior to the flight, leaving for airline to open up new seats without a charge. I didn’t know and they will not refund for the charges of the seeds. Something needs to be done about this.”

“While my initial remarks about this booking experience were quite negative, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the company was so responsive and positive in correcting my complaint. All of my issues are now satisfactorily resolved, and I look forward to using this service again soon. Such prompt attention to a problem speaks highly of CheapFlightsFares and (regrettably) is all too rare in today's business environment. My one suggestion for improvement is that the Cheapflightfares' website should be revised to better reflect ALL charges which might be assessed when canceling a reservation, TO INCLUDE THOSE ASSESSED BY THE COMPANY ITSELF. “Their website shows Free Cancellation within 24 hours. However, after I booked the ticket, I received a confirmation email saying there will be a fee if I need to cancel the trip. Then I called customer service. They told me they have to charge me $300 to cancel it. It’s ridiculous…will never book a ticket on this website”
