“Was little more then expected from reading the ads for cheap fares but satisfied that it’s done . Don’t fly that much anymore my wife with late stage Alzheimer’s had to put her in a memory care senior place ,I could no longer care for her 24-7 and goin to family reunion, formerly always drove the 850 miles together😉but this will be different. Been long time since last flight. Perhaps the cheap fares are made farther in advance then two weeks. Blessings to y’all and keep um flying!!!”

“Booked a flight for my family and a mistake was made while purchasing the initial tickets called back within 30 minutes and the price magically increased 150$ to add a person to my trip.. In all they want to charge 380$ for a yr old toddler.”

“The flight we booked through you was changed, so you put us on another airline. Unfortunately, we paid almost $200 to select specific seats and you told me that we would have similar seats on our new flight. After spending 1hour and 38 minutes on the phone with the new airline, we do NOT have assigned seats and the only seats available are in the middle seat. You will be hearing again from us to get our money back.”
