“So terrible experience we booked the tickets online first they showed us a different price and after feeding all the passenger info coming to checkout they changed the price. On top of that when we reached on airport they charged us to check in 75$ per person. This is ridiculous I mean it’s their way of getting money because they know once the passenger is on airport poor passengers have no choice but to pay those rip offs.”

“Bad experience. So many hidden fees. Someone within cheap flight fares hacked my card and tried using it. Sun Country warm carded it. That in turn made it impossible to rent a hotel, car, etc. Only grossly overpriced plane tickets-non refundable. Save time and money and having to close accts. and reopen; go through a reputable source!”

I said I had received the confirmation already. Today I received a call regarding my review. They offered me some credit for future use and I accepted it. “The person helping me on the line changed my flight to have a layover when I directly said i did not want a layover and wanted a direct flight. The flight ended up costing me more and they did not want to change it to my initial flight which actually cost less. I nevel acknowledged the flight changes through email or phone because the line got disconnected. On the last call I made, I was told they were going to change it to my original flight and give me a $50 dollar voucher and the agent. I did not get anything resolved or get the voucher. I am stuck with a layover and traveling days I do not want extra.”

“I had no problem getting my ticket and the booking was fast and easy. The only reason for not giving 5 stars, the fare was advertised as $491.00 Canadian dollars but after booking $507 was drawn from my account. However while booking it let you know you'll be charged in US dollars. So for sure the rate fluctuates.”

“Made flight & auto reservations for first time with Cheap Flights. When I showed up at Hertz the reservation had not been made. They were out of cars. I had to leave Hertz and walk to Budget - a 10 min walk. I called Customer Service - they said they did not confirm the reservation but I was sent a confirming email.”
