“After initial booking with 6 hrs layover, Cheap Flights Fares updated booking with a better flight with Delta with 1.5 hrs layover for the same price. The communication was good and was informed in timely manner both via phone and email about the update. Their customer agents on call were courteous and quickly resolved a billing issue. Will use their services again.”

“Bad service all they have are Indian people do you know that mostly Indian and Africans are scammers I do t trust these agencies anymore i tired to cancel upon four hours of trying to purchase and I have no idea what happened I left it in stand by without pressing summit n they don’t do nothing / so after trying to get their attention I did ask to speak to an American because I felt that they did not understand me but a diferent person called because of my comments and was able to help me fortunately everything was resolved, speak up or fail sorry for the inconvenience. I did not try to be racist because that’s not how I am but unfortunately I have very bad experience in the past with scams and now I’m awake. Thank you for helping me cheap flight tickets.”
