Last time I took a flight with cheap flights it was a very bad experience. It was a two-way ticket from Florida to Atlanta. When I was returning I was rudely talk to and the experience of great customer service was not there. Now I'm returning to Atlanta and it's not a two-way ticket I'm staying in Atlanta. Hopefully I will not experience the same experience that I had the last time I flew with cheap flights fares. My suggestion is to fix customer service when aborting flight to returning back home. My personal baggage was 1 in off of a carry-on. So I had to leave my personal items in the airport at Atlanta and return home. Fix it

The flight fare was reasonable until I had to pay $89 each way for luggage. That totally defeats the purpose of cheap flights. I will not use nor recommend this website ever again. I had a small carryon at that. It should be standard like every other airline$35 to $45. Ridiculous! It was for SPIRIT AIRLINES… wow👎

Price was cheaper than others but I am unable to buy baggage until 24 hours before flight and airline changed from Alaska to Delta. I believe Delta' bags are more expensive weight change less and unable to get carryon.

I got the confirmation netx day i thougt they did not book the reservation and i made another i sent message before 24 hrs to cancel but they did not reply

Original comment and 2 star rating: They charged me $77 for a carry-on and then I got a statement from the airline saying the carry-on charge was $28 UPDATE: I got 2 calls explaining the discrepancy. The callers tried to be helpful, explained that the $28 was a partial charge and gave me a $25 travel voucher, but the Aliegients website offers a deal with 1 carry-on AND a choice of seat for $53 so I still only added 1 star to my rating. UPDATE 2: I never got the travel voucher and the 20% codes they emailed me didn't work, so it's back to 2 stars.

I booked online and the next day I had Cheap Flights email me that my flight was in pending status because my fare was no longer available. I called Cheap Flights and was told my flight cost increased by $300. Unacceptable. The same flight I booked the day prior remained available online to book at the lower price. I refused to pay the additional $300 for the flight. Five hours later I received an email confirming my flight at the original price. This seems like a bate and switch scam. Sell a ticket at a lower price and the next day say the cost went up $300.

Ticket purchased had an error with the reservation number. Have been on 3 phone calls with cheap flight fares within the first 24 hours and not confident the error has been corrected. Solution was ‘we will call you 24 hours before the flight and help access the boarding pass.’ I’ve been buying e tickets for decades and don’t recall ever having phone call(s) following the purchase. The last thing I want to be doing before the flight is be on another call with customer service. I was pushed to cheap flight fares through a trusted site. Will never do that again the savings weren’t worth the hassle so far. Stay with trusted companies.

The currency was not transparent. Why it was counted as USD when I am in Canada? The connection flight duration was not mentioned clearly as well.

Felt that some of the agents were very unprofessional when trying to figure out an issue that I was having with my flights. I was not informed until the following morning that my card was declined. I called back twice to speak with someone, because the first agent hung up on me. The second agent was very unprofessional, and was yelling at me, and told me that he hoped that I got on an overbooked flight that he would confirm it. After hearing this information I immediately called the airline to find out that that flight was not overbooked and that they were trying to get me to switch to another flight that would cost me $600 as opposed to my whole flight being $158.round-trip. After finding out from the airlines, why I did not have a confirm seat on these two flights, it was told to be that my card was declined, due to being expired, and they also informed me again that that flight home was not overbooked. So after being frustrated, I called back and asked for a manager who politely and professionally help me through this crisis, got me on flights, and gave me the flights for the same price that I originally thought I had purchased. When I talk to the airlines, they said that this is a travel agency was unaware of that in the future I believe that I will try somewhere else first.

My card declined on Monday so I had to wait til Tuesday to finalize my flight. I had to pay $121 more because it was hours after. I don’t think it should have changed that much. Especially if the only reason was my card declined because my financial thought it was a fraudulent purchase. I have the money to pay for the flight.

I booked a roundtrip ticket from SFO-Beijing. On your website, it shows " Free cancellation within 24 hours". I called back to cancel it within 1 hour, an agent refused to cancel and asked for $250 fee. I called back again within 2 hours, another agent refused to cancel and asked for $75 fee. Based on website, agent fee should be $5-$15, not $75/$250. I tried to cancel “Korean air” ticket since their seat fee is too expensive, then order on your website for ANA (All Nippon Airways) with cheap seat fee. So you still make money on my booking ticket. I do not understand why your agents refuse to cancel my ticket free charge. Anyway, it took me 3 hours on the phone without cancelling my ticket. I have to give up. It is sooooo bad experience/frustration to cancel ticket. I almost try to sue you. Please follow " Free cancellation within 24 hours" policy on your website to cancel tickets for customers in the future. ==================10/34/2023======================== Thanks, Lauren Smith for calling me back and she told me seat selection is never required. I thought seat selection was required before, so I wasted extra $200 to select seats. I google online and confirmed seat selection is just an option. -------------------------------------------------------- Can airlines force you to buy a seat? Even if an airline's website makes it appear that you have to pay extra for a seat, you are never required to choose a specific seat and can always opt to decline seat selection in lieu of a FREE seat assignment during check-in. ------------------------------------------------- I can only give 2*, not 5* for this service. The reasons are below. 1: On your website, it shows "Free cancellation within 24 hours". I also called about this policy, and agents confirmed it is free cancellation by booking “Korean air” ticket. So I think I am safe to book and cancel within 24 hours. This is a false statement. On your website, you should change " Cancellation within 24 hours with Fee", then people will think twice before booking tickets. Customers can sue or dispute the fee you charged for "Free cancellation within 24 hours". 2: all agents online should get the training aboutt seat selection is just an option. After buying my ticket I received a message saying the price was higher. To keep me the agent said he will offer me free luggage, but you charged me for the luggage. Someone was supposed to call me back regarding this issue, I never really a call back!

I booked a flight only to find out later, when I checked in at the airport that I had to pay an additional $45 for a Mexican tourist tax fee. When I booked the booking assumed that I had a Mexican passport. Other travel agencies had a higher price for the ticket because they included that tax fee upfront. This company did not.

I have had 2 bad experiences with this page. the 2 similar ones in which I buy a ticket, I put the credit card and the purchase is made. then I get an email at dawn (the time when I'm logically sleeping) in which it tells me that they want a photo of my credit/debit card to make the purchase (I don't understand under what logic since the card happened at the time of buy online) and the worst thing that says that if it is not answered in 2 hours, the rates may vary.! By God if I'm sleeping at that time. When I call customer service, they tell me that the ticket has gone up and it will cost me $140 more, absurd. after alleging that what they are doing is illogical. and discuss it I managed to keep the price but very exhausting way to buy a fligth ticket

Bad service all they have are Indian people do you know that mostly Indian and Africans are scammers I do t trust these agencies anymore i tired to cancel upon four hours of trying to purchase and I have no idea what happened I left it in stand by without pressing summit n they don’t do nothing / so after trying to get their attention I did ask to speak to an American because I felt that they did not understand me but a diferent person called because of my comments and was able to help me fortunately everything was resolved, speak up or fail sorry for the inconvenience. I did not try to be racist because that’s not how I am but unfortunately I have very bad experience in the past with scams and now I’m awake. Thank you for helping me cheap flight tickets.
