“Arrived at LGA At 5pm come to find out flight was never booked ,they so-called claimed they tried reaching me but never left a verbal mail nor received email .Spent hours at ticket window for spirit airlines trying figured out where my flight seat etc.Then k was rebooked first more money flight out of JFK 10pm .Had to pay $40 cab fares .When arrived at jfk,discovered that cheap fare agent charged me for two checked bags instead of one checked bag and one carryon .I will never ever ever ever never ever book with you guys again if you were last on earth .From now in u will book directly with jet blue”

“After I booked my flight I received a call from them saying that beings the 2 seats on my flight were the last 2 I had to pay an additional $100. Like really! Won’t book thru you again!”
