“I booked two flights one for myself and another for my family. I paid for both tickets. Few days latter I see they held the payment for my family’s ticket and charged my Amex for my ticket and then they requested additional $1000 for my family’s tickets saying the price went up. Do not shop there as it is a big scam company and I believe someone should put them under investigation. They refused to refund me the money for my ticket and they didn’t Homer their price for the tickets I bough for my family”

“I purchased a ticket for a flight from Chicago to Phoenix for the following day. Below the flight info it said refundable. Well, I needed to stay another day so I went to cancel the flight for a refund and was told I couldn't do that unless it was 7 or more days before the flight. No where on there did I see that stipulation. They screwed me out of $148 and change. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THEM AS WELL.”
