“Update: months later someone called and actually got us our refund. So I'm raising the rating. If you ever need a refund, be sure to leave a 1 star review, you might actually get your money back. Original: Never never never again. Do not buy from Cheap Flights Faires. They offer a "refundable" option when purchasing tickets so I bought it. But the small print says it only works in a verifiable emergency, so my claim was rejected. So I left a one star review. Then someone from Cheap Flights called me back to help me at least get a credit for the flight on Spirit. However, they insisted I change the review to a four star review before they would even help. So I changed it to a four star review and.... I never heard from them again. So back it goes.”
