“Had problems when cheap flights sent me an insufficient funds in my account. I booked another flight and then they charged my account after saying to contact them before any further action would take place. I had to request a refund for that flight. They stated 2 to 3 business weeks to get my refund placed back into my account. It only takes Lowe's and Walmart a matter of seconds to put monies back onto a card when you return an item. I have to wait up to three weeks to get the monies. Other than that they're ok”

“I had some doubts when I first signed up because I have a serious procedure on the 12th of mine July that took 3 months to get. I had Reservations that I I would get to the gate and find out the that ticket wasn’t valid but I am feeling better now.. Thanks for your help.”

“This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. My card was charged twice for the same flight when the rep said it wasn’t. I just canceled and I was told I can be refunded until 3 days. I ended up missing a funeral because this site depleted my funds! I’m very stressed and irritated!!!”
