“La persona que me atendió incompetente me quiso estafar, perdí uno vuelo y en lugar de darme soluciones solo quería cobrarme cosas extras o me decía que mi boleto se vuelta no servía, después me dijeron que no incluían tasas de aeropuerto y esas cosas me quisieron cobrar 45$ de mas nose que intenta vender sus trabajadores pero nunca mas contrato nada con uatedes”

“To be honest, your customer service is excellent. I was a little bit frustrated with couple websites, Expedia and Priceline. I feel that there were cheating me every time I clicked on the price. It will give me the cheapest price and then when I want to submit it and pay for it it’s way higher than that I went with you guys you were honest fast accurate that’s why I went with you guys right away and I think in the near future I will be keep going with you guys, I travel a lot”

“It is. As you charge a colossal fee on carry on & checked bag. Can a person travel with a personal item allowed?.
